She is the exact opposite of those high pressure realtors who plaster their Glamour Shots photos on every billboard and leave promotional bottles of barbecue sauce on your front porch! Kari is a genuine, down to earth realtor with a fully intact moral compass. She was born and raised in the greater Lynchburg area, so she knows every nook and cranny of this market and cares deeply about her community. She also has long standing relationships with local contractors and renovation companies which means she can usually get you an "unofficial" but qualified ballpark estimate on any changes you're considering on that perspective house. When we found Kari our needs were very niche and somewhat evolving, but that didn't stop her from showing us over 30 houses! She never complained or made us feel like we needed to "just buy something!" She is a confident professional that lets her clients lead the process and patiently remains prepared to answer questions or offer suggestions. For us we never found that perfect house, but we ended up with something better....a lifelong friend.

As out of town buyers, her local knowledge and expertise was invaluable to us in making smart choices and closing this property purchase. Her circle of qualified professionals have been a great resource for us in making any changes to our property.
